The Elevated Bear creates elevated non-alcoholic beverage experiences that prioritize health without sacrificing social connection. Founded by Scot Maitland, a cancer survivor who understands the challenge of balancing health goals with social connections in the LGBTQ+ community, we're pioneering a new category of social drinking experiences.
Our signature ENABs (Elevated Non-Alcoholic Beverages) go beyond typical mocktails through our proprietary Four-Pillar System: Taste Structure, Lifetime Engineering, Aroma Crafting, and Experience Design. We successfully created a complete five-drink menu for The Dickens bar in NYC, featuring sophisticated creations like "The Best of Thymes, The Worst of Times" and "Spicy Copperfield Spritz" - all of which remain on their permanent menu.
