More than three months after the new bathroom bill went into effect, businesses across Texas are still navigating its real-world implications. 

While the law is directed at government entities, its impact reaches far beyond the public sector. Employers are facing questions about workplace policies, employee safety, customer experience, and how to uphold inclusive values in a changing legal landscape. 

In recognition of Transgender Day of Visibility (TDOV), the Austin LGBT Chamber of Commerce invites you to a timely, educational virtual panel designed to help businesses understand where things stand now and how to move forward.
