Join the Austin LGBT Chamber of Commerce team as we celebrate Colton Ashabranner and wish him all the best on his next adventure!

After years of serving the Chamber and our community, we’re gathering for a casual happy hour with friends, members, partners, and community to celebrate Colton, share some memories, and send him off with plenty of love.

A note from Colton:

After 4½ incredible years with the Austin LGBT Chamber of Commerce, my time on staff is coming to an end.

It’s difficult to put into words what these years have meant to me. This role has been so much more than a job. I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside incredible people, champion LGBTQ+ and allied businesses, create events and experiences that bring our community together, and build friendships and relationships that I know will continue long after my last day.

I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve accomplished together and grateful to every member, partner, volunteer, board member, colleague, and friend who has been part of my journey with the Chamber. Thank you for trusting me, supporting me, showing up, and making this work so meaningful.

Before I head into my next chapter, I’d love the chance to celebrate with the community that has been such a big part of my life these past 4½ years.

Please join me and the Chamber team at Rain on 4th on Friday, October 2, from 5–7 PM. Come grab a drink, give me a hug, share a memory, or just stop by and say hi.

This isn’t goodbye, Austin is home, and I’m not going anywhere. You’ll still find me at Chamber events from time to time, just on the other side of the check-in table! 🌈💜
