Hello! I'm Michele (Chele) Frizell, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, a board certified psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner, accepting new patients adults 18+. I offer in-person and telehealth visits in the state of Texas for acute and chronic conditions such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, PTSD/trauma related disorders, and associated symptoms of insomnia and sleep disturbances.
