The Diversity Ethnic Chamber Alliance is a 501c3 and is comprised of the Greater Austin Black Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Austin Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce and the Austin LGBT Chamber of Commerce.

DECA Loan Fund

• Loans of $10,000 up to $50,000
• Eligible uses: Working capital for business related expenses, business growth and expansion, payroll, equipment, inventory, tenant improvements, business construction, business vehicles, real estate acquisition, debt refinance
• Must be located within the Austin MSA
• Term 36 months to 60 months
