Born in the West Texas Mountains, WildGins brings a distinctively Texas perspective to gin.

Texas is home to eight species of junipers. We explored them all and found the two most exceptional in the West Texas Mountains.

WildBark West Texas Dry Gin and WildJune Western Style Gin are the only gins in the world featuring native Texas junipers creating gins that reflect place, process, and purpose.

WildJune Western Style Gin

Our award-winning WildJune Western Style Gin features the rare Redberry Juniper—growing only in West Texas and not found in any other US state. We distill WildJune in single-origin batches with each batch made using Redberry juniper berries hand-foraged from a single trees (check side label to find batch-specific tree name).

WildJune is a Western-style gin for the wild at heart. Crafted with rare Redberry juniper foraged from the West Texas Mountains and blended with ten carefully selected botanicals. WildJune is bright, expressive, and adventurous. Seductive citrus and exotic spice notes give it a lively character that shines both on the rocks and in cocktails.

WildBark West Texas Dry Gin

Our award-winning WildBark West Texas Dry Gin features the biggest and boldest of the 8 Texas Junipers—The Alligator Juniper—Growing above 5000ft in the Davis Mountains. We distill WildBark in single-origin batches, with each batch made using Alligator juniper berries hand-foraged from a single tree (check side label to find batch-specific tree name).

WildBark is a Texas take on the classic London Dry. While traditional styles favor restraint, WildBark goes bolder—crafted with Alligator Junipers foraged from the West Texas Mountains to deliver depth, structure, and unmistakable character.
