2024 Fair Housing Conference & Resource Hub

Description

The City of Austin, Office of Civil Rights (OCR) enforces local fair employment and fair housing ordinances under contract with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). In alignment with this commitment, the Office of Civil Rights promotes fair employment and fair housing with local outreach and events. 

The goal of the conference is to bring together leading policymakers, practitioners, advocates, and the public to share ideas, discuss current fair housing issues, and reflect on the passage of the Fair Housing Act.
