Description

Seeking Safety offers a safe space for individuals to share their struggles, support each other, and learn coping skills and grounding techniques to manage stress. This group is for individuals aged 18-110.

Conducted through Zoom, every other Wednesday 6:30-7:30 p.m., starting 10/23/24.
