Texas Competes brings together businesses from across the state who share an interest in keeping Texas competitive, attracting and retaining great talent, and building welcoming workplaces where LGBTQIA+ Texans and all employees can thrive. 

Our work is centered around Connect. Equip. Activate. We connect employers and business leaders across Texas, equip organizations with practical resources, insights, and peer learning, and activate business leadership when there are opportunities to make a meaningful difference. 

This informal online gathering is an opportunity to meet Texas Competes Program Director Fiona Dawson, learn where Texas Competes is headed, hear about ways to participate, and share what would be most valuable to your organization.
