Introducing Trans Femme Workout – an inclusive, supportive fitness service crafted for individuals of all gender identities, yet centered on creating a safe space for trans femme folks. Our specialized workouts aim to develop a feminized physique by emphasizing exercises targeting the hips and core. Move your body, build confidence, embrace your identity, and foster meaningful connections within this empowering community.
Gym members will have priority to book the class throughout the week. On Fridays at 12:00 PM CST, the workouts will be open to all to book their spots.
